Keysight Technologies, or Keysight, is a US electronics test and measurement company that was spun off from Agilent in 2014, which in turn had been spun off from Hewlett Packard.

Keysight products include a very wide range of hardware and software for benchtop, modular, and field test instruments.

The test instruments manufactured by Keysight include: digital multimters, oscilloscopes (range including everything from low cost to high end), logic analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers and some other test instruments & tools. Then there are more esoteric test instruments like atomic force microscopes (AFM). Keysight also manufacture test systems for production: in-circuit test ICT, automated optical inspection AOI, automated X-ray inspection AXI.

Additionally, Keysight produces electronic design automation (EDA) software (EEsof division). Keysight mainly serves the telecommunications, aerospace/defense, industrial, computer, and semiconductor industries.

Although Keysight has its headquarters in California, USA, the company has branch offices in many countries around the world, making it a global supplier of electronic test equipment.
